Also, our Break Fix Plan comes with our 4 Hour Promise.  If we can't fix the problem in 4 hours or less per service request, every minute after 4 hours of support is free of charge! Special Projects labor and Procurement to enhance your infrastructure or replace equipment not included. 

Recommended for Small Businesses with 1-10 users.

Select our Managed Services Plan to protect your Information Systems which includes Labor for Break-Fix, Remote Monitoring and Management, DNS Filtering, Patch Management, Email Protection, End Point Protection, and Data Backups. Special Projects labor and Procurement to enhance infrastructure or replace equipment not included.

Recommended for Small to Medium Size Businesses with 11-200 users or more.

Select our All-Inclusive Plan for a fixed Monthly Rate that only changes when your business grows and adds end points that need to be protected. This Service Plan includes Break-Fix, Managed Services, and 24-Hour Threat Monitoring and Response for those that have extremely low cyber risk tolerance. All Special Project labor hours included. New Hardware not included. 

Recommended for Businesses that need to meet the most strict Governance Risk and Compliance Standards (HIPAA, PCI, etc).
